About This Product

■Purpose of this machine

A device that disassembles the outer aluminum frame of a crystalline solar panel and also removes the junction box on the back from the back sheet.

■Features of this machine

・Although the aluminum frame is used as the outer frame of the solar panel by adhesion, caulking, or screws, it can be removed in any case. ・The aluminum frame can be removed even if the front cover glass is broken beforehand. ・The junction box on the back side can also be removed using this device. It is possible to select whether or not to remove the junction box. ・Removal of the aluminum frame and junction box will be completed within about 1 minute after pressing the Set Complete button. - The operator adjusts the position of the pusher liner for removing the outer frame of the aluminum frame using a hand crank and a drill driver. -Removed aluminum frames will be collected in a collection box so that they can be collected all at once. ・The operation of removing the aluminum frame will not cause cracks to break or create new cracks or cracks. ・As an option, it is possible to install a balancer or robotic transfer device to transfer solar panels to this device. ・The device is wheel-type, so it can be moved to any location using wheels, and can be fixed and used. ・Equipped with a hydraulic unit as the power source uses hydraulic pressure. - Equipped with an LCD panel type control panel that allows for fine adjustments and stopping of operation. ・Optionally, a laser area sensor can be installed to confirm operation safety.
