About This Product

A cryostat that allows easy spectroscopic measurements at low temperatures. CoolSpeK is a small, easy-to-use cryostat. Since liquid nitrogen is used as the refrigerant, the cooling speed is extremely fast, and it is possible to cool down to low temperatures that are difficult to reach with a circulating constant temperature bath. We also have installation adapters for UV-visible spectrophotometers, fluorometers, and infrared spectrophotometers from various manufacturers, so you can easily install the CoolSpeK main unit in the sample chamber of each manufacturer's spectrophotometer. We offer a variety of options, including low-temperature compatible IR liquid cells, to provide equipment that suits your needs. Features

■Reaction tracking possible

Reaction tracking is possible by dropping the solution and stirring with a stirrer.

■Easy operation

This is an atmospheric cryostat that does not require troublesome vacuum operations. The cooling method uses a liquid nitrogen flow method, which cools by flowing liquid nitrogen from the attached dewar.

■Low condensation

Due to the special structure of the main body and dehumidification operation using the baking function, it is possible to achieve dew condensation of 0.1 OD/h or less at -80℃.

■Temperature range

The temperature can be varied from -80℃ to +100℃.

■Saving capital investment

The main body is designed to be compact and can be installed in the sample chamber of your spectrophotometer by attaching a spectrophotometer installation adapter from each manufacturer. A rectangular cell with a spectrophotometer cap can be used as the sample cell. *Depending on the spectrophotometer, the sample chamber lid may not close. In that case, a blackout curtain is included.

We have installation adapters for spectrophotometers from various companies, as well as thin stirrers necessary for sample stirring, high temperature control units, cells for low temperature cell chambers, etc.
