Supports rotational movement and angle fine adjustment of samples and probes in air, vacuum, and low-temperature environments. The UMP1000R nano/micro rotary stage is a small rotary stage developed for applications that require minute rotational motion and position detection in the air and high vacuum.

■Features・The compact design allows it to be incorporated into various scanning electron microscopes (SEM), focused ion beam devices (FIB), etc. (Please contact us for details)
・Models that can detect the rotation angle are also available as an option.
・By attaching the Z stage of our XYZ 3-axis nanomanipulator/prober, it is possible to support a 4-axis stage of XYZ+R (rotation).
