About This Product

Achieves atomic resolution STM of 6K or less using a mechanical refrigerator, allowing continuous cooling for long periods of time without using rare liquid helium. An ultra-high vacuum scanning probe microscope that achieves 6K without the use of liquid helium will be released. Not only is it free from the use of cumbersome and expensive liquid helium, but it also provides a temperature environment and energy resolution comparable to conventional helium-based devices, allowing for long-term STM that was previously not possible due to the addition of refrigerant. enable measurement.
