About This Product

The world's first new single-molecule imaging method. Achieving subnanometer-scale Raman spectroscopic imaging by improving the S/N ratio and sensitivity in a low-temperature, high-vacuum environment. Optical access with high detection efficiency is achieved by incorporating a lens with a piezo motor on the SPM stage in a low temperature/vacuum environment. When combined with a confocal Raman spectroscopy system, tip-enhanced Raman (TERS) with high stability is possible. This is a new device that images the bonding states of molecules and crystals at the subnanometer scale.
