About This Product

By pre-treating the sample and cleaning the probe in an ultra-high vacuum, STM/AFM can be observed at low temperatures with atomic and molecular level resolution. We have a wide range of new probes and auxiliary equipment to accommodate the expanding range of applications in recent years.

■Features

・Can be widely used for STM/AFM measurements up to helium temperature ・Easy to operate, excellent low temperature performance and stability ・Ideal for light irradiation using a lens stage and various luminescence measurements ・There are two ports for in situ evaporation, which can support low-temperature evaporation and adsorption of atoms and molecules.

■Applications

・Low-temperature STM, inelastic tunneling spectroscopy (IETS) ・Application to each AFM function (MFM, KFM, SCM, etc.) ・Photoexcitation STM/AFM measurement ・Low-temperature high-resolution tunnel emission, light-enhanced Raman spectroscopy ・In situ vapor deposition, adsorption of atoms and molecules
