About This Product

■Functional plating for electronic components

Electroless nickel-boron-tungsten alloy plating is a ternary alloy plating film that is deposited through a chemical reaction without using electricity. The coating has excellent heat and abrasion resistance, and has a hardness of 800Hv in its as-plated state, but with heat treatment it changes to a hardness comparable to hard chrome plating (approximately 1,000Hv). It also has the advantage of a low coefficient of thermal expansion.
