■Summary

DW503 is a thermal spray masking tape made of glass cloth + copper foil evenly coated with silicone adhesive. The base material is thick and reinforced with copper foil to withstand thermal spray processes such as grid and blasting. ‍

■Features

High heat resistance. Can withstand various blasting and plasma spray processes during thermal spraying without having to be replaced. Uses a highly heat-resistant silicone adhesive that can be removed cleanly after work. Can withstand various blasting and plasma spray processes during thermal spraying without having to be replaced. ‍

■Applications

Masking during HVOF thermal spraying. Masking during various thermal spraying. Thermal spray masking during aircraft engine manufacturing and repair.
