About This Product

Asfa (R) WP" is a waterproof screw with a new concept that incorporates a flat washer in addition to the O-ring under the neck. Since the O-ring can be positioned on the outer periphery of the screw head, it provides stable waterproof performance even if the fastener slips. In addition, since a sufficient ground surface can be secured, it is possible to fasten with higher axial force without causing the fastened object to cave in.

Additionally, the flat washer (metal) comes into contact with the chute rail of the screw feeder used in the automatic screw tightening process, ensuring smooth conveyance.

■Characteristics of Aspha (R) WP・Demonstrates stable waterproof performance as it is almost unaffected by misalignment of fasteners.
・By reducing the collapse of fasteners, it is possible to fasten with higher axial force.
・During the automatic screw tightening process, the flat washer comes into contact with the chute rail to ensure smooth conveyance.
