■Features

・Both rigidity and accuracy exceed conventional machines. ・Significant space saving. (Compared to our company, main body -40%) -Maintainability has been dramatically improved. ・Supports inline/automation. All series of counterflow rolling machines employ R.a.P.s. Through years of accumulated technology, we have achieved high precision, long life, and stable machining accuracy. In order to improve the accuracy of rolling, it is important to synchronize the left and right sliders/tools. We have adopted a combination of 2 rack gears and 1 pinion gear from the beginning of development.

■Advantages of R.a.P.s.

・Stable repeatability. ・Less affected by aging and thermal changes during continuous use. ・High reproducibility to the reference position for both forward and return display. ・Easy to adjust/maintain. ・This mechanism itself is not directly subjected to processing load. Stable accuracy can be maintained during high-load machining and high-speed machining. ・There is no difference in processing accuracy due to different rolling drive methods. (hydraulic ⇔ servo)

■Slider finishing processing
