About This Product

All series of counterflow rolling machines employ R.a.P.s. Through years of accumulated technology, we have achieved high precision, long life, and stable machining accuracy. In order to improve the accuracy of rolling, it is important to synchronize the left and right sliders/tools. We have adopted a combination of 2 rack gears and 1 pinion gear from the beginning of development.

■Advantages of R.a.P.s.

・Stable repeatability. ・Less affected by aging and thermal changes during continuous use. ・High reproducibility to the reference position for both forward and return display. ・Easy to adjust/maintain. ・This mechanism itself is not directly subjected to processing load. Stable accuracy can be maintained during high-load machining and high-speed machining. ・There is no difference in processing accuracy due to different rolling drive methods. (hydraulic ⇔ servo)

■Slider finishing processing

In order to meet the needs of the field, such as high precision, high rigidity, long life, and high productivity, we have applied "scraping" to the slider.

■Effect of “kissage”

・Improved accuracy of sliding surfaces. ・Smoother operation. ・Improved lubrication effect on sliding surfaces.
