About This Product

■Ultra-thin and ultra-light film heater

The P&F heater is a film-like sheet heating element that is welded to an etched heating element with two polyimide films (top and bottom). Polyimide film has a wide range of chemical, physical, mechanical, and electrical properties, and by making full use of the etching technology cultivated in our silicone rubber heaters, this film heater has been made ultra-thin and ultra-lightweight. . ◼︎Features It is ultra-thin with a thickness of 0.2mm. Heat resistant temperature continuous 200℃, maximum 230℃. The dimensions that can be manufactured are min 25mm x 25mm and max 400mm x 600mm. (If you would like a larger size, please contact us.) It can be manufactured from 1 piece. Special shapes can also be manufactured. ◼︎Applications ・Aerospace industry ・Electrical/electronic equipment ・Precision measuring equipment/analytical equipment
