This heater is a device developed to easily remove high viscosity liquids and coagulated materials. By heating the adhesive, grease, asphalt, paint, wax, oil, various resin raw materials, etc. inside the can, the viscosity can be kept constant and the pump capacity can be reduced. Therefore, it can be used regardless of the season.

The heating plate has a silicone rubber heater baked entirely onto a stainless steel plate, so it fits directly into drums, pails, 1-ton cans, etc., and has high thermal efficiency. For temperature control, a sensor is attached to the surface of the heater to directly control the temperature.
Since the silicone rubber heater and temperature controller are integrated, it is easy to handle, and the one-touch fastening fittings make it extremely easy to install.
