◼︎Easy to attach and detach to the silicone rubber heater with the power of a magnet
One side of the silicone rubber heater is made of a magnetic sheet (neodymium), so it can be easily installed and pasted in any place where a magnet can be attached to keep it warm. It is very easy to attach and detach when performing maintenance or aligning the heater.
◼︎Features
Complex shapes such as round, triangular, trapezoidal, and perforated shapes can be manufactured from a single piece at an affordable price, and we can also respond to short delivery times. The heater thickness is only 1.5mm, so it has excellent thermal response. (Thickness can be adjusted by laminating sheets.) This is a sheet heating element that takes advantage of the flexibility of silicone rubber and fits into any shape of the object to be heated, such as a cylinder or cone.
A planar heating element that can be used from low temperatures to 200℃. Compatible with various voltage designs, from low voltage to 100V, 200V, and 240V.
*Magnetic force decreases by about 10% when used at 200℃.
