◼︎Heat-resistant type that can withstand continuous use up to 250℃
Among the rubber heaters, the H type is designed to be used at high temperatures (continuous use temperature 250℃). Additionally, since it is possible to set a higher watt density than the standard type, the H type is suitable for areas that require rapid heating.
◼︎Features
Complex shapes such as round, triangular, trapezoidal, and perforated shapes can be manufactured from a single piece at an affordable price, and we can also respond to short delivery times. The heater thickness is only 1.5mm, so it has excellent thermal response. This is a sheet heating element that takes advantage of the flexibility of silicone rubber and can fit into any shape of the object to be heated, such as a cylinder or a cone.
A sheet heating element that can be used from low temperatures to 250℃. Compatible with various voltage designs, from low voltage to 100V, 200V, and 240V.
◼︎Power density
Normally, 0.8 to 1.5 W/cm2 is appropriate for many applications, but this will vary greatly depending on the installation condition of the heater and temperature control method, so please contact O-M Heater Co., Ltd. sales when making a selection.
