◼︎Rubber heater with etching, ideal for rapid heating
While conventional silicone rubber heaters are patterned using nickel alloy round wires, this pattern is created by etching nickel alloy foil. Suitable when pattern accuracy and consistency (mass production) are required.
◼︎Features
Although initial costs are required, very dense designs are possible. The heater thickness is only 1.5mm, so it has excellent thermal response. This is a sheet heating element that takes advantage of the flexibility of silicone rubber and can fit into any shape of the object to be heated, such as a cylinder or a cone.
A planar heating element that can be used from low temperatures to 200℃. Compatible with various voltage designs, from low voltage to 100V, 200V, and 240V. Can be manufactured to high watt density. (3-5W/cm2) Ideal for rapid heating. It is possible to accurately change the temperature distribution on the heating surface. Uniform temperature accuracy is possible by pitch winding, etc. (±3℃－280×600)

The silicone rubber heater material is manufactured by Rogers (Delaware, USA) and uses UL standard file No. E54153.
