◼︎The most standard rubber heater that fits any shape
◼︎Features
Complex shapes such as round, triangular, trapezoidal, and perforated shapes can be manufactured from a single piece at an affordable price, and we can also respond to short delivery times. The heater thickness is only 1.5mm, so it has excellent thermal response. (Thickness can be adjusted by laminating sheets.) This is a sheet heating element that takes advantage of the flexibility of silicone rubber and fits into any shape of the object to be heated, such as a cylinder or cone.
A planar heating element that can be used from low temperatures to 200℃. Compatible with various voltage designs, from low voltage to 100V, 200V, and 240V. We install various options such as thermostats and fuses.
◼︎Power density
Normally, 0.6 to 0.8 W/cm2 is optimal for many applications, but this will vary greatly depending on the mounting condition of the silicone rubber heater and the temperature control method, so please contact O-M Heater Co., Ltd. sales when making a selection.
◼︎UL standard
The silicone rubber heater material is manufactured by Rogers (Delaware, USA) and uses UL standard file No. E54153. The standard type and E type are UL-94HB compliant products, but UL94-V0 compliant products with a higher flame retardant grade are also available.
