About This Product
FCS System is a workpiece clamping device that modularizes jigs for fixing large workpieces, making clamping work quick and easy. This clamping device is used in-house by FCS for actual large mold machining, and is a product that has been developed through verification of problems, and has received high praise for its highly rigid and compact design.
Guideline software allows you to read the CAD drawing of the workpiece, select the most suitable module from a wide variety of components, and easily set it up. You can check for interference at workpiece mounting hole positions and perform machining simulations.
■Safe and easy setup
By simply combining the body, rod, and ring and tightening with an 8mm hex wrench (for M16 body), you can easily set up even irregularly shaped workpieces.
■Short setup time
Even when performing diagonal machining, setup time can be shortened by using the FCS clamping system. Setup time: 4 hours ⇒ 1 hour
■Highly versatile jig
The FCS clamping system's wide range of modules and accessories allows it to handle a wide variety of workpieces.
