By making the hot runner block multi-platform, it is possible to incorporate multiple drive sources (air, hydraulic, etc.) into the same hot runner block. Additionally, requests to change the drive source later can be accommodated without having to remanufacture the hot runner block.
■Maintainability
The simple structure also makes it easy to maintain.
■Heater compatibility
Cartridge heaters and band heaters are used for heaters, reducing the amount of spare parts purchased.
