About This Product

■ConfigurationBOND TOP WK is a two-component bonding agent whose main component is epoxy resin.It was developed especially for use in sewer pipes, and has been commercialized with emphasis on workability and quick curing due to the special characteristics of on-site construction.

■Features・Adhesive strength is strong even in water.
・It has excellent adhesive properties and can be applied in wet conditions.
・Fast-curing type allows for faster construction and early backfilling.
・Excellent watertightness as there is almost no shrinkage due to curing.
・There are no problems with durability or chemical resistance after curing.

■Applications・For joining Hume pipes and PVC branch pipes
・For joining hand holes
・For joining between sewers

■Standard usage methodMix the base agent (gray color) and curing agent (green-black color) in a weight ratio of 1:1. Mix well to obtain a uniform gray color. Crimp the joints and finish the surface by applying water to rubber gloves.

■Packing style・There are summer and winter versions.
・4kg set: 2kg main agent, 2kg hardening agent
・10kg set: 5kg of main agent, 5kg of hardening agent

■Construction precautions・Mix the base agent and curing agent well until the color is uniform.
・Pot life varies depending on temperature and amount of mixture. Please use the mixture immediately.
- Depending on the season, please use the following as a guide: summer and winter. Summer from April to September, winter from October to March
・Workability decreases due to viscosity at high temperatures (over 40℃). Please store it in a cool and dark place if possible.
- To prevent adhesion, apply a small amount of water to your gloves when working, but please be aware that mixing a large amount of water may result in poor curing.
・As this is an epoxy product, contact with skin or inhalation of vapor may cause skin and mucous membrane damage. Make sure the work area is well ventilated, and wear protective gloves and an apron when handling.
・If you come into direct contact with your hands, apply soap or polishing powder and wash thoroughly with water.
・Please store the product indoors and use it within one year.
・Please entrust disposal to a designated disposal company.
・Please be sure to read the instruction manual attached to the product before use.
