About This Product

The cleaning fluid contaminated by repeated operation of the washing machine is separated into "clean regenerated fluid" and "oil component waste fluid"/"solid foreign matter", and the recycled cleaning fluid is "recycled" and used as cleaning fluid ( (Playback rate: 85% or more) Yes. The amount of waste liquid is approximately 10-15% of the treated liquid, significantly reducing the amount of waste and disposal costs.

■Features of cleaning liquid recycle equipment

・Using a centrifugal gravitational acceleration of 15,000G, which rotates at a high speed, it separates liquids with a slight difference in specific gravity into 2 liquids + 1 solid. ・Realizes a high-speed rotating separation cylinder with a robust structure and material, and a stable rotational balance. ・Processing capacity is ~200L/Hr. (depending on liquid type), allowing for large flow rate processing. ・Separate the contaminated cleaning liquid into ``clean regenerated liquid'', ``oil component waste liquid'' and ``solid foreign matter'', and use the recycled cleaning liquid as ``recycle'' as cleaning liquid (recycling rate: 85% or more) ). ・The amount of waste liquid is approximately 10-15% of the treated liquid, significantly reducing the amount of waste and disposal costs. ・By using a cleaning fluid contamination level measuring device, more detailed cleaning fluid contamination level management can be performed.
