■MCS batch type cleaningThe ultrasonic cleaning to vacuum drying system that demonstrates high-precision cleaning has demonstrated increased yield and high throughput. Build compact and versatile systems by unitizing space-saving and energy-saving designs.

■MCS unit type cleaning machineEach cleaning unit can be freely combined according to the cleaning grade, type of object to be cleaned, and production volume. Compact design that does not affect the production line.

■MHC-4321 automatic vacuum cleaning dryerA one-stop machine for cleaning and drying. Built-in functions from high precision to quick drying realize production efficiency.

■Ultrasonic cleaning unit・28kHz=Powerful ultrasonic waves are standard equipment. Adopts overflow structure and circulation filtration method. Compatible with flammable cleaning liquids and can also be used as a rinse tank.
・39kHz, 75kHz, and 100kHz ultrasound are also available as options.

■Reduced pressure ultrasonic cleaning unitBy repeating the pressure from reduced pressure to normal pressure, the cleaning liquid penetrates into the small gaps of the object to be cleaned. Ideal for cleaning metal parts with blind holes and closely-attached warlords. In addition, the ultrasonic cleaning effect is amplified by the degassing effect during depressurization.

■Jet cleaning unit・Powerful cleaning of dirt with an overflow structure that sprays liquid from the side of the cleaning tank.
・Cleaning power is further increased when used in combination with the optional ultrasonic wave.
- Ideal for precision cleaning of SMT printed circuit boards and electrical components mounted with electronic LSI/crystals.

drying unit
■Reduced pressure vapor vacuum drying unitHeat the object to be cleaned with the above solvent and then vacuum dry. Can quickly fill blind holes and small gaps in metal parts that are difficult to dry.

■Hot air drying unitDrying of items to be cleaned using hot air circulation at 100°C + air blow method. By using a turntable, uniform drying can be achieved in a short time.


Other drying systems
■Vacuum drying unitBy creating a vacuum inside the heated chamber, the rinsing liquid remaining in the gaps between the items to be cleaned is dried. Particularly suitable for cleaning metal processing objects with complex shapes.

■IPA vapor drying unitDrying process with IPA steam. After cleaning and rinsing, the item to be cleaned is placed in the steam zone inside the IPA, and the steam condenses with the rinsing liquid and dries it.

■Draining and drying system for fluorinated solventsUsing a fluorine-based drying solvent, water adhering to the object to be cleaned is removed based on the difference in specific gravity with the solvent.
