About This Product

We have poured our cleaning know-how into FANUC's RoboDrill, which has been equipped with a deburring brush and achieved high-pressure cleaning of 50 MPa. ROBOMORIGO is a new concept cleaning machine.

Features (benefits) of high-pressure NC cleaning machine ROBOMORIGO
■Features of high-pressure NC cleaning machine ROBOMORIGO・Precise target cleaning and deburring cleaning using CNC control
・High pressure cleaning of up to 50MPa possible (side-through method)
・With built-in brush, brush deburring is possible
・Demonstrates stable performance based on standard machining
・Cleaning machines can be modified from idle machines.
・Possible to integrate processes before and after cleaning (simple processing, simple measurement, etc.)

■Side through (patent pending)・Cleaning liquid is supplied from the side without passing through the inside of the C turret.
・Achieves high pressure with a dedicated special holder
・Nozzle rotation cannot be controlled due to side supply (resolved by using a special lance nozzle)
