Achieves unprecedented precision cleaning using high-pressure cleaning technology of 20MPa and higher and high-precision targeted cleaning using CNC. With CNC control, advanced programming functions, and a full range of standard equipment, this cleaning system greatly contributes to labor-saving and productivity. We offer a wide range of models including vertical (with turret) and horizontal types.

■High-power cleaning with high-performance nozzlesCNC-controlled high-pressure nozzles, air blowing, and brushing provide high-power cleaning that can also remove burrs. Demonstrates excellent cleaning power for various workpieces such as deep holes, blind holes, and complex circuit ports.

■Uses unique work posture control tilt mechanismIn addition to the basic 3 axes of XYZ, CNC control of rotational additional axes and workpiece posture control tilt mechanism realizes highly accurate targeted cleaning of the entire workpiece. Short CNC strokes shorten the cleaning process.

■Operation control systemWith a general-purpose CNC language program and easy panel operation, cleaning programs can be executed with the same operability as a machining machine. Cleaning programs can be entered accurately with simple operations. It also operates fully automatically, from automatic loading and unloading to precision cleaning and air blowing.

■Unique jig that allows cleaning of 6 sides of the workpieceWe design jigs according to the workpiece to enable targeted cleaning of the entire surface of the workpiece, creating an efficient cleaning system.
