■Ice barrier <insulation over door>

・High-level insulation overdoor that achieves advanced temperature control. The panel structure of the surface steel plate that suppresses heat bridges and the environmentally friendly CFC-free rigid urethane foam are the standard for insulating overdoors that achieve high-dimensional insulation performance. - The surface steel plate can be selected from steel, aluminum, and stainless steel according to the installation environment. The rigid urethane foam used as insulation material is environmentally friendly and CFC-free, and non-combustible material types are also available. To further reduce condensation in hot and humid conditions, it is also possible to install an optional heater in the airtight part of the decorative frame or in the connection part of the panel. specification

・Finish: Polyester resin baking paint (white mixed color), board thickness 0.6mm ・Insulation material: Rigid urethane foam (non-fluorocarbon)

■Steel surface material

・Finish: Polyester resin baking paint (white mixed color), board thickness 0.5mm ・Insulation material (standard): Rigid urethane foam (non-fluorocarbon) ・Insulation material (optional): Rigid urethane foam (CFC-free: Nonflammable NM-4401 type)

■Stainless steel surface material

・Finish: SUS304 (HL clear coat finish) plate thickness 0.5mm ・Insulation material: Hard urethane foam (CFC-free: Nonflammable NM-4401 type)

■Thermal transmission coefficient (U value)

0.602～0.730W (㎡･K) (Experimental value on steel panel: Industrial Technology Center)
