■Product overview

A "capper" is a machine that attaches a cap to a filled (dispensed) container or bottle. This is an important process for maintaining product quality and ensuring consumer safety, especially when handling liquid or cream products, which requires accurate and reliable capping. . Futaba Material's ``Semi-Automatic Roller Capper'' allows you to tighten the cap by simply placing the bottle along the guide, and a dedicated guide is provided for each bottle. Therefore, there is no need to adjust the position of the bottle, and it can be used simply by adjusting the height of the tightening roller. Caps can be tightened efficiently. In addition, torque control using a brushless motor provides stable tightening torque of up to 5.7N・m. Tightening torque and rotation speed can be set using the touch panel. The 4-axis roller for tightening the cap is compatible with round caps from φ20mm to φ100mm, and is automatically adjusted with an air chuck. The material of the urethane rubber roller can be changed depending on the material and hardness of the cap. Inline (fully automatic) support is also possible.
