About This Product

■Summary

As the semiconductor industry becomes more highly integrated, the importance of microscope objective lenses is increasing. Union Optics has created a series of objective lenses and ultraviolet-specific objective lenses that combine high contrast and high resolution, using proprietary lens design technology and optical measurement technology accumulated over many years. We offer a variety of low-magnification lenses, including long working distance objective lenses and high-performance objective lenses that emphasize workability, glass thickness correction lenses for defect inspection of LCD boards, and Union Optics' unique UV objective lenses for ultraviolet observation and processing. We have a rich lineup of products for high magnification applications.

■About this product

When you want to observe an object under glass, such as an LCD board, a high N.A. objective lens will reduce the contrast of the image, making it difficult to observe. However, if the spherical aberration correction can be varied according to the thickness of the glass, observation will be possible. The special objective lens is the PLLWDC series. PLLWDC20X can accommodate glass thicknesses of up to 2.5mm and PLLWDC40 up to 2.0mm by simply turning the objective knurling.

■Features

・Infinity corrected objective lens for bright field observation. - Even if the glass thickness changes, it can be handled by matching the knurling. ・When combined with our DH series level difference measuring device, it becomes possible to measure the level difference through glass. ・It is possible to observe objects through glass.
