About This Product

■Measurement principle

This device incorporates a target mark and a split prism as a precision focusing mechanism into the reflected illumination optical system of the microscope. At the correct focal position, the target image can be clearly seen in the center of the clear image of the surface to be examined without any deviation from left or right. It uses an optical principle in which when the focus shifts slightly, the upper and lower parts of the target image within the field of view are observed to shift left and right at the center.

■Features

- Focus detection is an optical non-contact method, so measurements can be taken without any deformation or dents caused by contact with the surface being tested. ・The split target method of the Precise Focus Unit is used for focusing, allowing highly accurate step measurement by simply aligning the target image. -Easy to handle and ideal for on-site work. - While observing the minute surface condition of the measurement point, you can check and measure the positional relationship between the measurement reference point and the measurement point in the same field of view. ・Measurement accuracy can be further improved by replacing the objective lens with a higher magnification. ・Depending on the condition of the surface to be inspected, you can choose between a black blank target mark and a white blank target mark. In addition, when taking photos, there is a three-stage switch that allows you to select whether or not to use a target mark. - Depending on the purpose, you can select the lens barrel, measurement stage, TV device, etc. and configure it for various models. ・With the laser method, it is possible to measure the level difference in a sample by projecting a target mark onto transparent objects, mirror surfaces, pear-shaped surfaces, etc., which are prone to focus errors due to diffused reflection.
