About This Product

Overview

■Threaded casings, which are essential for replacing perforated PVC pipes, galvanized pipes, screens, etc., can be used with confidence.

・More than twice the strength of conventional screw casings. ・Extremely strong WSC left-handed screw strong type casing. ・Available in sizes 6″, 8″, 10″, and 12″.

■Features of WSC

- Saves welding time. ・Can be used as many times as you like. - Can withstand blows, impact, and tension. ・There is very little cutting of the threaded part. WSC is different here - To prevent cutting accidents -

■Improved materials

The screw joint uses special steel. To ensure screw strength, we custom order our original size to a pipe manufacturing company. It is further heat treated to give it appropriate hardness and stickiness.

■Strengthening of screws

In order to withstand the powerful impact energy of an air hammer and the pull when pulled out, the screw shape has been revised to diffuse the stress. Taking into account the remaining thickness of the screw joint, we cut the inner and outer diameters. We have processed it to hold down the regular dimensions.

■Skilled processing technology

Wellman is particular about processing precision. Skilled technicians cut high-precision screws and examine them by touching them with their bare hands. A unique unbreakable process is applied to the welded joint between the screw joint and the pipe body. Minor scratches and deformities can be reprocessed, repaired, or replaced before use.
