About This Product

■Product overview

Piping connections include threaded connections, flange connections, and welded connections, but in addition to these, there is also groove-type connections using housing-type pipe fittings. "Best Joint" is a joint in which grooves are pre-processed at the ends of the pipes to be joined, a gasket is fitted during construction, and the grooves are fixed using a strong divided housing. "Best Joint" comes in two types: a flexible type with excellent expansion, contraction and flexibility, and a fixed type that minimizes pipe deflection and elongation. It is used as a joint for fire extinguishing piping in general buildings and skyscrapers, and is superior in workability and economy compared to conventional construction methods. Best Joint meets the technical standards of the "Standards for Metal Pipe Fittings and Valves (2008 Fire and Disaster Management Agency Notification No. 31)" certified by the Japan Fire Equipment Safety Center, and is suitable for indoor fire hydrant equipment and sprinklers. Can be used for equipment, water spray fire extinguishing equipment, foam fire extinguishing equipment, outdoor fire hydrant equipment, and connecting water pipes.

-Flexible type has excellent elasticity and flexibility, and absorbs vibration and noise. ・Fixed type minimizes expansion/contraction and flexibility. ・Excellent workability. (No skill required. The installation base is narrow. No great force is required to install the fittings.) ・It is safe because the following materials are not used during construction. - Piping repairs and updates are easy. - Ideal for prefabricated construction. - Hot dip galvanized to achieve high corrosion resistance. ・Coupling type bolts and nuts also use Disgo treatment for surface treatment in consideration of corrosion resistance.
