About This Product
MOD pumps are characterized by high reliability and durability, resistance to dry running, and high self-priming ability. By using a diaphragm, there is no leakage and safe operation is possible. It can also transfer slurry liquids and viscous liquids containing solids, and is used in a wide range of industries including the chemical industry, food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, and water treatment. It is easy to maintain and has excellent running costs.
Air diaphragm pump features
■Self-priming type and will not break down due to dry running
Self-priming is possible from dry operation without priming. It can also be used with liquids that contain a lot of air bubbles or under conditions that involve dry running.
■No risk of liquid leakage
Since the structure does not use mechanical seals, the transferred fluid will not leak to the outside. This pump is often used for transporting particularly dangerous chemical liquids.
■Suitable for high viscosity liquids and slurries
Diaphragm pumps, which do not have a rotating shaft, are resistant to wear and can transport liquids containing solids, such as slurry, emulsion liquid, and high viscosity liquid, without damaging the components.
■Easy control and handling
It has a simple structure that works immediately if you input air. Flow rate and pressure can be adjusted freely by adjusting the valve opening of the air regulator and discharge side piping.
■Materials that can be selected according to the liquid used
Materials for wetted parts include aluminum, stainless steel, PP, and PVDF. The standard diaphragm material for all models is PTFE (with back diaphragm). We promise high corrosion resistance and durable strength.
