■Automatic rotation of inside arrow

The internal mechanism uses air pressure to push up the inside arrow as it rotates and automatically points to the next number. This reduces man-hours such as stopping the machine for each marking change and manual changeover work, making it possible to perform detailed lot management at low cost and in a short time.

■Automation of marking switching

If you set the inside arrow automatic rotation timing to "every time" for the 1s digit, "once every 10 times" for the 10s digit, and "once every 100 times" for the 100s digit, you can rotate the inside arrow automatically for multiple digits. The number can also be engraved automatically. Application example

■You can reduce the work of pasting identification number stickers.

Since the date mark can be automatically rotated during molding, a different identification number can be marked for each molding.

■The number of inspections when quality problems occur can be reduced.

Date mark switching conditions can be freely customized for each shot number or time, and the date mark can be rotated without stopping the molding machine.

■Prevents you from forgetting to turn the date mark.

Since switching is performed by automatic rotation under PLC control, there is no need to worry about switching errors or forgetting, leading to improved lot management quality.

■You can easily rotate the date mark.

Since the date mark can be rotated by air pressure, there is no need to rotate it from the mold PL surface.
