About This Product

The DM series, which achieves overwhelming separation performance, achieves weight loss and volume reduction through outstanding dehydration efficiency when processing food residue and industrial waste. Due to its high extraction efficiency, it is also compatible with extract extraction lines for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, fruit juices, etc. It demonstrates outstanding performance not only in reducing costs through weight reduction, but also in creating added value that creates a new profit structure.

■ Extremely effective in reducing food residue and various industrial wastesScrew press dehydrators can reduce waste disposal costs. With overwhelming dehydration efficiency, food residues with high moisture content such as bean sprouts, cabbage, various vegetables, fruits, and used tea leaves can be squeezed out to significantly reduce their weight.

In addition, the DM series is applied in fields such as solid-liquid separation of paint residue and solvent, recycling of nonwoven fabrics (pulverization, cleaning, dehydration), and forming part of waste plastic recycling plants (crushing, cleaning, dehydration, drying). They range from organic to inorganic substances.

■For extraction lines for medical products, cosmetics, fruit juice, etc.Ideal for extraction machines on production lines for juice extracts, pigments, etc. The crushing and dehydrating system of the screw press dehydrator is configured with sanitary specifications and is compatible with various extraction lines.

Extraction of extracts for pharmaceutical raw materials, cosmetic raw materials, and supplement raw materials from target plants; extraction of natural colorant extracts from safflower, red cabbage, etc.; extraction of powdered raw materials from plants; extraction of juice raw materials from various fruit juices, etc. It contributes to achieving high productivity in various manufacturing processes.

■Contributing to the food residue “eco-feed” projectWe can also propose an "Ecofeed" system for recycling into feed. "Ecofeed" converts food residue into feed by dehydrating it and increasing dry matter intake. At KAWAGUCHI SEIKI, we have created an eco-feed system using only a screw press dehydrator (no dryer) using a unique processing method that adds organic acids during dehydration to stop fermentation.

In addition, by collaborating with industrial waste handling companies, we are able to use filtrate for liquid feeding (limited to certain regions), providing a zero-emission cycle.
