About This Product

A new farmland drainage material created from packaging material that does not use perforated pipes. Underdrain Pack Sarasara Net is an agricultural underdrain drainage material made by filling Underdrain Pack Sarasara into a polyethylene tubular net. By adjusting the soil water and underground water level in the field, it is possible to dry the cultivated soil more easily, creating a better growing environment for crops and helping to improve the workability of cultivation machines. Features

■Excellent drainage

It has high drainage capacity due to large voids (50%) and water-permeable cross-sectional structure. Hydraulic conductivity (speed of water flowing out): 70 to 90 cm/sec

■Easy construction

・Since no perforated pipes are used, the work process can be omitted, and since it is lightweight, it is easy to carry to the site. Construction time is significantly reduced. ・Weight: 7kg/m3

■Excellent durability

Since it is made of expanded polystyrene, it does not easily deteriorate even if buried in the ground for a long time, and has excellent durability.

■Compression distortion

(Example) When the soil crown is 50 cm, the vehicle weight is 1 ton, and the vehicle ground contact width is 60 × 60 cm. <Earth pressure> 5.5KPa (560kgf/m2) causes 15% distortion and stabilizes after 300 days. <Infusion pressure> 5.0KPa (510kgf/m2) causes 4% distortion, but it recovers when the infusion pressure is released.

■Construction procedure

①When digging, aim for a scent scale of around 1/300 to 1/600. ② After leveling the floor, lay down the ``Culture Pack Sarasara Net''. ③ Add "Underdrain Pack Sarasara Net" and immediately backfill with topsoil. *If the soil has a lot of water, let it dry for at least a week and then backfill.
