About This Product

■Improve work efficiency and reduce costs

Cortec's anti-corrosion products make it possible to omit the conventional pre-treatment with oil etc. and post-treatment such as cleaning before packaging, greatly increasing work efficiency. It can also be used as an alternative packaging method such as desiccant + barrier packaging + vacuum packing, nitrogen gas replacement, etc., and can reduce the amount of packaging materials previously required, resulting in a significant reduction in material costs. It also brings benefits such as improved yield and quality, and fewer complaints due to rust, contributing to overall improvements in work efficiency and cost reductions.

■Multi-metal compatible with high utility value

Compatible with multi-metals, including not only iron but also various alloys. Cortec's VPCI film can effectively prevent rust in parts made of a variety of metals, such as automobiles, electrical machinery, and electronic parts, improving work efficiency. It does not affect not only various metals, but also plastics, elastomers, and other non-metallic surfaces, and does not interfere with optical functions. VPCI film does not need to be stocked separately for ferrous and non-ferrous films, so costs can be reduced.

Cortec's anti-rust products are amine carboxylates. It can be used without worrying about impact on health or the natural environment. In addition to VpCL-126 blue anti-rust, 125 anti-rust and anti-static film products, some other anti-rust products are US FDA certified grade. It also complies with the RoHS directive. Cortech is always focused on developing low-toxicity, low-pollution anti-rust and anti-corrosion protection systems, and has obtained ISO-9001 and ISO-14001 certification.
