About This Product

The debander works in conjunction with the boom belt conveyor, and the work platform can also be raised and lowered. Eliminates back pain, improves safety, and reduces labor. It travels straight inside the container, making it easy to fix the sorting work. Additionally, devanning can be accelerated, reducing the amount of time spent per container. In addition to improving work efficiency, we also take product protection into consideration. Easy to set up as it is a mobile type. It can also handle the sorting of a wide variety of products. Overall, it is a device that offers great benefits in improving the working environment and increasing efficiency.

■Streamlining cargo removal at high locations

The boom belt conveyor can move up and down. The work platform also moves up and down as the boom belt conveyor goes up and down. You can work with proper posture and solve the problem of lower back pain. It is safe as there is no forced or dangerous work. This reduces the amount of work required to lift the load, resulting in lighter labor. There is little impact during devanning and the product is not damaged.

■Streamlining debander settings

Equipped with a leveling mechanism to eliminate the difference in level between the container and the platform. The debander runs straight against the wall inside the container. Although it is a mobile type, it is easy to set up. It is possible to automatically travel to the container loading platform. Since it runs straight, it will not damage the side walls of the container. When used as a shipping area, the debander can be moved manually.

■Fixing the sorting work space

The conveyor expands and contracts and enters the container. The sorting conveyor does not move. The position of the worker who performs the sorting work does not change. Easily handles the sorting of a wide variety of products.

■ Faster devanning

One person or two people can work inside the container. It is connected to a telescopic conveyor. Devanning time per container can be reduced. The conveyor automatically enters the container while being towed by the debander.
