Main features
■Automatic solder supply systemCommercially available solder pots can be attached as is. The rolling diameter of 15mm is maintained constant by automatically supplying solder. This reduces the placement defect rate and achieves high quality printing. High-precision solder guide prevents solder from overflowing to the sides of the squeegee.

■Cream solder rolling diameter monitoring systemIt monitors the solder paste rolling diameter in real time and issues an alarm when it becomes less than 10mm. Scrape off all the solder paste on the stencil with a squeegee. Achieve the best print quality by keeping the squeegee pressure and speed constant.

■Stencil opening inspection systemA panel light is installed at the top, and the opening in the stencil is inspected using a CCD camera at the bottom. It automatically detects clogging of the stencil opening and prevents quality defects such as unsoldered parts.

■Stencil lock & board clamperThe Stencil Lock uses suction on both sides of the conveyor to securely hold the stencil in place during the print cycle, preventing retouching of the substrate and stencil due to stencil vibration. Board clamps can be selected from retractable top clamps and side servo motor clamps. Furthermore, by using suction for fixing, any substrate can be reliably clamped and the highest quality printing can be achieved.

■Feedback function from SPIFeedback function from SPI enables automatic adjustment and correction of printing position deviations due to board lots, etc. Achieving high-quality printing unattended improves production efficiency.
