About This Product

■2-head specification Achieves the highest level of high-speed mounting and area productivity in its class.Equipped with an ultra-high speed that boasts the highest level of 105,000 CPH in its class, it boasts high area productivity while saving space, achieving highly efficient production.

Planet head P20S/Takumi head, each can be selected according to its characteristics.

■Planet head P20S・With a head structure that continuously picks up 20 nozzles, it achieves stable pick-up and mounting of even the smallest 0201 parts.
・No.1 in the class for the number of feeders installed. The number of feeder slots is 160, the highest in its class. It can be set in a feeder bank, contributing to shortening changeover time and simplifying and improving production preparation.

■Takumi head・The head height can be adjusted according to the height of the part using laser recognition. Large parts can be mounted quickly and accurately.
- New User Interface designed for ease of use. In pursuit of ease of use, the main functions are placed on the top screen on a smartphone-like vertical monitor. Multi-touch operations such as zooming in and out are also possible.

■Head replacementThe head of LX-8 can be replaced. You can flexibly respond to variable volume production by simply arranging the heads optimally without changing the line layout.

■Flexible head configurationCustomers can replace the head themselves. We can flexibly respond to changes in production boards.

■Ability to handle a wide range of partsCompatible parts sizes range from 0201 to 65mm square or 10 x 90mm. Additionally, the component height can be up to 25mm, making it possible to mount a wide range of components.

■Large parts can also be supplied in trays.By using the tray server TR8, which has a head that directly picks up parts from the tray, it is possible to pick up oddly shaped parts such as connectors, as well as heavy parts, directly with the head.

■Ideal for LED installationThe Planet Head P20S enables stable recognition even when installed continuously, making it possible to achieve high-quality installation in the production of LED indicator lights.

■Achieve high quality production with low impact resistanceBy switching the Z-axis lowering/raising speed during installation into two stages, we are implementing low-impact operation that reduces the impact when parts contact the board. There is less shock during installation, and high-quality installation is achieved.

■Complete inspection itemsCapable of front/back reversal detection, chip standing inspection, and component presence/absence detection. Achieves high quality mounting of extremely small parts.
