About This Product

Autoclaves for research and development applications such as hydrothermal synthesis, zeolite synthesis, nanomaterials, biomass, subcritical water, supercriticality, functional materials, polymerization reactions, gas reduction, hydrogenation reactions, gasification treatments, electrochemistry, and corrosion tests. ■Product overview

To protect reactors and other equipment from corrosive chemicals, we can coat them with PFA, a fluororesin that has chemical resistance (continuous use temperature 260℃). PFA is resistant to a wide range of acids and alkalis, and has particularly excellent chemical resistance against acidic fluids. *We can also offer PEEK-based coatings that have excellent chemical resistance to alkaline fluids.

■Points to note when considering and using

・It may not be installed properly for containers with a closed shape that is less than φ30mm in diameter. ・We will consider a standard coating film of around 150μm, taking into consideration pinhole-free and temperature increase efficiency. (Some parts may be less than 100μm) ・Thick coating is possible. (Specification required) ・We recommend using a temperature control method that manages the heater temperature (two-point control). - If heater temperature control is not possible (one-point control), use program control to control temperature with redundancy in heating time. (Prevents heater temperature from remaining high)
