■Product overview

This is an electric impact torque wrench that can be used to save labor when tightening metal gaskets and spiral gaskets, where torque management is important to maintain sealing performance. Since it is an impact torque wrench, it can be used without worrying about receiving reaction force, and there is no need to consider tightening space like with manual torque wrenches. We can introduce three models depending on the torque range.

■Features

・Exhibits labor-saving effect especially when tightening with high torque ・Save labor for loosening cover plate bolts ・Suitable for places where there is limited work space such as manual torque wrenches ・Effective for environments where it is difficult to fix the reactor (simple fixation) ・Since it is a rechargeable driver, it is cordless and easy to handle.

■Notes on selection

- To prevent uneven tightening, use a manual tool to temporarily tighten and then final tighten. - A striking sound will be generated during work. If it is not acceptable, it cannot be used. - Tightening accuracy is inferior to manual torque wrench. ・This is not an explosion-proof device. Cannot be used in hazardous locations or flammable gas environments.
