About This Product

■High speed, high precision

The spindle, which has a maximum rotation speed of 30,000 rpm, fully demonstrates the characteristics of a small diameter grinding wheel (φD 45~100 mm) made of electroplated CBN or vitrified CBN, and can easily grind grooves with raised edges at high speed. Additionally, by increasing the size of the main shaft bearing, we have improved rigidity and ensured high accuracy. Fully closed-loop X-axis (depth of cut) realizes highly accurate positioning. By using a sliding surface to guide the Z-axis (workpiece axis direction), we have eliminated the wandering error caused by linear guides.

■Automatic workpiece phasing device (optional)

A non-contact displacement sensor automatically performs high-speed and stable phase alignment. Depending on the shape of the groove, a contact sensor (touch probe) can be used to achieve more precise phase alignment.

■Automatic thermal displacement correction device (optional)

In order to obtain stable machining accuracy from a cold start, the grinding wheel position is automatically measured and corrected. (Y-axis correction) We also provide an in-process measurement and correction system that directly measures and corrects the ground groove. (X, Y axis correction)

■Automatic rotary dressing device (optional)

When using vitrified CBN grinding wheels, truing and dressing are performed on the machine using a full-form diamond roll. High-precision dressing is possible by using an AE sensor and making the Y and Z axes fully closed.
