■Highly rigid mechanical structure

Each frame, including the bed and column, has an effective rib arrangement design, has sufficient mass, and has a highly rigid mechanical structure. In addition, the hob head has a reduction ratio that emphasizes cutting at low speeds, and the high inertia drive system, which is resistant to load fluctuations, enables heavy cutting with a multi-hole hob.

■High precision hobbing

The hob head has a built-in boost mechanism that automatically clamps the hob arbor. Furthermore, since the hob shaft is a drive system that is directly connected to an encoder, highly accurate hob rotation accuracy can be achieved. As a countermeasure against thermal displacement, a coolant device with an oil cooler and a continuous circulation oil supply device with an oil cooler are included to effectively cool the inside of the table and bed.

■Excellent operability

By adopting a fully open door that opens on the operator side and the rear side at the same time, it is possible to enter and exit from both the operator side and the rear side, ensuring sufficient work space inside the machine. In addition, the equipment used is located within easy reach, and when used in conjunction with a handy operation box, it has excellent operability.

■High versatility

Each axis has a long stroke specification and is highly versatile. The table shape is also compatible with workpieces with shafts.

■Rich functions

The on-machine measuring device allows you to easily measure tooth profile and tooth trace accuracy on the machine. The measuring head can be manually installed and removed, and simultaneous movement measurement on the X (notch), Y (hob shift), and C (table) axes is also possible.
