About This Product
An epoch-making flow relay with a very simple mechanism and the best pipeability, developed for liquid flow detection in pressurized pipelines.
Product features
■Reliable operation
Flow rate detection is performed only by the deflection of the leaf spring, and there are no frictional sliding parts such as bearings, so it operates reliably without being affected by water scale or dirt.
■High sensitivity
Adopting a proximity switch system that combines a reed switch and a permanent magnet, the operation is sensitive and has appropriate hysteresis characteristics to prevent chattering.
■Accurate settings
By looking at the operating characteristic graph in the test report, you can see the relationship between the scale and operation at a glance, and by adjusting the scale on the main unit, you can accurately set the number of liters/min.
■Easy to adjust
The adjustment screw allows you to easily adjust the operating flow rate without any problems even when liquid is flowing.
■High corrosion resistance and durability
The leaf spring is made of a special material with high corrosion resistance and durability, the internal mechanism is made of stainless steel, the permanent magnet is made of rare earth, and the standard body is made of cast iron. Stainless steel casting or other materials are selected depending on the liquid quality to ensure sufficient corrosion resistance.
■Easy internal inspection
It is equipped with a see-through window that is sufficient to function as a flow site, allowing for good lighting and easy confirmation of the interior.
Caution: When using in a hazardous location, please use the flameproof explosion-proof flow relay SP-RX type (d2G4) or SP-REX type (ExdⅡCT4).
