Along with increasing the size of the shackle (conventional product: strong block PB type), the diameter of the swivel pin has also been increased. In addition, we have made the sheave pin's receiving part on the main body even thicker, and have improved the specifications to increase safety and security everywhere.
Safety during sheave rotation is improved by using two bearings instead of the single bearing of conventional products. At the same time, we use bearings with increased strength to match the operating load.
The grease nipple has been updated from the brass of the current model to SUS303. Furthermore, it is now possible to lubricate the bearings. Assuming the use of metal wire rope and fiber wire rope, we offer two types of ropes with different maximum diameters for each size.
*The working load is based on the working load of the bearing.
*Two iron bearings (with rubber seals) are used.
