In pursuit of thorough weight reduction, each piece weighs 240g. We reviewed the structure of the previous model and worked to reduce the amount of raw materials used. Lighter weight reduces the burden during construction. While maintaining high strength, the working load is 200kg. While reducing weight, we also focused on strength. The characteristic back shape creates strength and contributes to reducing the number of pieces used per construction.
Achieved low cost. The pricing is more affordable than the previous model, making it easier to select the product that best suits your site. It can be used for suspended ceilings by connecting threaded bolts, attaching an eye nut to the bottom end, and passing the wire through.
■Caution
・Please use the AK clamp in applications where loads are applied in the vertical direction.
- If you apply a load in the lateral direction (pulling direction), the AK clamp will easily come off, so please do not apply a load in the lateral direction. (However, it can be used within the lateral working load range shown in the table.)
・Do not use the product in applications where human life is at stake, such as hanging objects for people to ride on or hanging from.
