■Process content
・A device that cuts off the tips of leaves during transportation in our green onion washing machine.
- Operates in conjunction with the green onion washer. (Not synchronous operation)
■Capacity (installation conditions)
・Feed speed max160mm/s (same feed speed as green onion washer)
・Less than 150mm from the leaf tip
・Green onion leaf size: 15mm or less
・The leaf tip cannot be cut if it does not protrude more than 220mm from the side of the sponge of the automatic green onion washer.
・When this machine is attached to a green onion washer, the root cutting residue receiving box can only be taken out by the operator.
■Other specifications
・With safety cover (with stop signal when opening/closing)
・Simple attachment and detachment mechanism for sponge belt (can be done without tools)
・Uses a round cutter blade
・With cutter blade rotation adjustment
■Terms of use
・Ambient operating temperature: 0 to 40℃
・Ambient operating humidity: 10 to 95%RH (at 25℃, non-condensing)
