About This Product

Merzhäuser's manual measurement XY stages are available in four different model types.

・MT series (for measuring microscopes and projectors)
・EK-MR series (for upright microscope)
・MTM-MR series (ideal for upright microscopes and equipment integration)
・MT-MR series (for device installation only)

For length measurements over 100mm, it comes with a patented coarse and fine adjustment. High-precision length measurement is possible with the MR measurement system built into all stages except MT25x25 and MT50x50. By connecting the high-precision 3-axis measurement system PROFILER SCD to a PC, you can save coordinate data using the coordinate information management software GetPos. Custom designs with measuring ranges up to 500 x 500 mm are also available from a single unit.
