About This Product

Illumination light is directed onto the film through a fiber, and the reflected light passes back through the fiber to a spectrometer to measure its reflection spectrum. The reflection spectrum contains information about the interference caused by the phase difference between the light reflected from the front and back sides of the film, and can be converted into film thickness if analyzed. The robust and highly stable Carl Zeiss MCS spectrometer can be easily installed in production lines, etc., making it easy to build real-time measurement systems. We also create custom software.
