About This Product

Manual XY stages for microscopes are designed for upright microscopes, inverted microscopes, or instrumentation. Rack-and-pinion movement is suitable for purposes that require frequent movements and large amounts of movement, and the coaxial X-Y operation knob can be operated with one hand. Creates a maximum travel range of 400 mm x 400 mm. Models with a stage movement range of 150 mm x 150 mm or more are equipped with patented quick adjustment technology, allowing for quick movement over a wide range. By adding the optional "Profiler SCD", it can be used as a length measurement XY stage with digital output. We can also customize the moving range and sample holder.

■About the quick adjustment function

This function, which comes with large stages, allows you to switch between coarse and fine movement of the stage by operating a lever. For example, when moving a wide sample such as a 300 mm wafer from one end to the other, unlocking allows high-speed movement.
