■What is remote I/O?
Remote I/O refers to equipment that sends and receives distributed measurement data to a PC or PLC via communication. When sending multiple signals using wires, you need as many wires as there are signals, but by using remote I/O and communicating, it is possible to send and receive data using just one communication wire. Therefore, wiring can be saved.

- Each C3 series analog I/O unit occupies 4 stations, and up to 16 units can be connected when only the C3 series is connected to the CC-Link network.
・Available for 8-point analog input units or 8-point analog output units.
